MINUTES OF THE OUTREACH COMMITTEE

Regular meeting held on June 2, 2008

6:00 P.M.

In attendance: John Cantwell, Linda Hill Jordan, Lynda Ann Loring, Jo Ann McCann, Pamela Rand, Sue and Ray Rowell and guest, Dr. Carol James from Prevent Child Abuse Habersham (PCAH).

Sue opened with a prayer asking that we realize our purpose in life.

Program: PCAH by Dr. James. Please see attached.

Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as distributed.

Action Item on PCAH covered by program.

Ministry Fair – Sue gave a brief update of progress.

Budget review – Ray gave report of Grant monies received and checks mailed. Please see attached for details. There were no recommendations for specific Grant donations.

New Business: Jo Ann suggested that we gather appropriate toys and children’s books for use by PCAH, starting with an article in the Mustard Seed. * Ray.

*Ray will determine whether PCAH can make use of SJH an early evening in July or August.

There will be no Meeting in July,
