Worship Committee

Purpose:  To plan with the rector to provide appropriate and excellent liturgy throughout the year and to coordinate with the several subcommittees below: 

Subcommittees:

Altar Guild: JoAnn McCann                 
Purpose: To provide the elements vital to worship and to prepare the altar for all services.

Bread Guild: Sandy Bunce
Purpose: To provide hand-made whole grain bread as the Body of Christ in the original tradition of the First Communion.

Flower Guild: Kathy Shields
Purpose: To provide floral arrangements to adorn the altar and church throughout the year.

Funeral Guild: Nancy Kollock                          
Purpose: To assist clergy and families in planning for and facilitating funerals.

Music: Sandy Calloway/Tony Woronowski                 
Purpose: To plan and prepare music as part of worship.

Servers: Pat Molnar                                   
Purpose: To recruit and schedule all servers – acolytes, chalice bearers, lectors, ushers - for all services.

Wedding Guild: Sandy Robson/Pat Molnar                          
Purpose: To assist clergy and couples in the planning and directing of weddings.

Any interested church member is encouraged to join the Worship Committee or attend any meeting. Meetings will be held 4-6 weeks before a church season change or as needed. Notice will be given in the Sunday Bulletin.
